ArmInfo. Russia is considering supplying fertilizer to Armenia via Azerbaijan. This was announced by Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk.
According to him, Moscow and Yerevan are also discussing the possibility of sending cargo in the opposite direction.
"We are also discussing ensuring the return transportation of cargo from Armenia to Russia via Azerbaijan. These are achievements that seemed unimaginable just recently," Overchuk said on the Rossiya 24 television channel.
