
ArmInfo. The Union of Banks of Armenia and EFPA Europe/European Financial Planning Association have launched a new phase of cooperation.
As reported by the UBA, within the framework of the EFPA-Armenia program event, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Union of Banks of Armenia and EFPA, marking the launch of a new international qualification program - EFPA Branch Manager.
In addition to the existing international qualifications EIA, EIP, EFA, EFP, and ESG, professionals in the financial and banking sector now have the opportunity to obtain the Branch Manager qualification as well. Welcome remarks were delivered by Daniel Azatyan, President of the Union of Banks of Armenia; Armen Nurbekyan, Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia; Peter Asmussen, EFA, HonCFP, Vice Chairman of EFPA Europe; Roger H. Hartmann, ESG Advisor, Chairman of EFPA Luxembourg and Patrick Levaldaur, Secretaire General/Chairman of SQC EFPA Luxembourg ASBL.
The event also featured a presentation of the program's results, followed by a certificate award ceremony for EFPA program graduates (European Investment Assistant and ESG Advisor qualifications). The Union of Banks of Armenia and EFPA confirmed their intention to continue cooperation, aimed at developing internationally qualified professionals and supporting the sustainable growth of Armenia's financial sector.
