ArmInfo. Armenia and Azerbaijan have bilateral trade potential worth hundreds of millions of dollars, as stated by Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan during a briefing on February 25.
Recalling that Armenia and Azerbaijan have exchanged lists of numerous goods they could export to each other, he noted that discussions are ongoing, but there are no significant competitive advantages yet. At the same time, Papoyan pointed to certain cultural and psychological issues.
"However, this is a process that will take place - trade will happen," the Minister of Economy noted.
