ArmInfo. The global economy is entering a new phase based on artificial intelligence (AI) systems, in which small countries can gain a strategic advantage if they set the right priorities and effectively seize the moment. This was stated by Armenian Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, speaking at the TEDx forum - "Vision of the Future."
In this context, he highlighted three key resources that will be crucial for small countries: energy, high- performance computing power, and human capital.
The minister emphasized that in the AI era, Armenia's success depends on the synchronous and consistent development of these three resources. According to him, with a sound strategy, the country can strengthen its position in the global technological environment and become a competitive player in the emerging new economic reality.
