ArmInfo.Armenia has improved its position by five points in the Heritage Foundation's World Index of Economic Freedom. RA Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan wrote this on his Facebook page.
According to the minister, Armenia ranks 52nd out of 176 countries, ahead of EU members Spain (53rd), Romania (58th), France (65th), Italy (73rd), Greece (75th), and Hungary (79th).
"The leading countries in this indicator are Singapore, Switzerland, and Ireland. According to 2025 data, we ranked 57th with 65.4 points (we improved our position by 5 points)," noted Gevork Papoyan.
