DAN AIR launches direct flights between Yerevan and Bucharest

ArmInfo. Armenia and Romania will launch direct flights linking the capitals of the two countries, the press service of the Tourism Committee of Armenia  reported.

According to the source, starting from July, 2026, DAN AIR will  operate the flights. The Committee noted that this will provide a new  impetus for the development of tourism ties between Armenia and  Romania. In this regard, a meeting with a DAN AIR delegation was held  at the Armenian Embassy in Romania. The parties discussed steps aimed  at launching a new direct flight and increasing tourist flows.

It should be noted that according to the State Committee, in  January-March 2026, 2,345 tourists from Romania visited Armenia, a  4.9-fold increase from the previous year.
