ArmInfo. Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Mher Grigoryan received the newly appointed and outgoing Regional Director for the Caucasus and Head of the Armenia Office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
According to the government press service, congratulating Thomas Kairis and Raymond Zakaria on their appointments, the Deputy Prime Minister expressed hope for the further expansion of jointly implemented strategic programs.
Mher Grigoryan highly praised the cooperation established between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the EBRD, thanking Alkis Drakinos and Giorgi Akhalkatsi for their effective and important work with government agencies and the private sector.
