Fast Bank has launched an initial public offering of bonds worth 13 billion drams.

ArmInfo. Fast Bank has launched an initial public offering of registered, coupon, non-certificated, non-convertible dram bonds totaling 13 billion drams. According to a Fast Bank statement, the offering began on August 10 and is scheduled to be completed on December 30 of this year.

This tranche (AMFSCRB2SER6) includes 130,000 bonds, each with a par value of 100,000 drams. The coupon yield is set at 10.25%. Coupon payments are scheduled semi-annually (February 10 and August 10, 2027, and February 10 and August 10, 2028). The maturity date of this bond issue is August 10, 2028.

These bonds can be purchased not only at Fast Bank's 24/7 branches, but also remotely through the Fast Bank Mobile app or Fast online banking.

The Bank's announcement mentions that income from corporate bonds is exempt from income tax until December 31, 2027, inclusive.

According to Financial Rating According to the ArmInfo Investment Company's report on Armenian banks as of June 30, 2026, Fast Bank demonstrated the highest annual growth in credit investments and attracted funds (term deposits and demand deposits), ranking 7th, 8th, and 10th, respectively.

Specifically, Fast Bank's credit investments amounted to 454.2 billion drams ($1.2 billion, an annual increase of 71.4%), term deposits amounted to 218 billion drams ($592.7 million, an annual increase of 64.6%), and demand deposits amounted to 135.3 billion drams ($367.7 million, an annual increase of 2.6 times). Moreover, individual deposits (demand and term) at Fast Bank increased by 76.6% year-on-year, reaching AMD 193.5 billion ($526 million). Meanwhile, loans from banks and other financial institutions grew by a meager 1.4% year-on-year, reaching AMD 57.5 billion ($156.4 million, ranking 13th).

 

Fast Bank ended the first half of 2026 with a net profit of AMD 2 billion ($5.4 million, ranking second to last, 16th), a 41% year-on-year decline, the fastest decline in the market. It should be noted that retail lending accounts for over 60% of the Bank's loan portfolio (5th position by volume), about 28% for corporate lending (13th position by volume), and almost 8% for interbank lending. Over the past year, Fast Bank has replenished its authorized capital twice - in the fourth quarter of 2025 and the second quarter of 2026 - by 6 billion and 5 billion drams, respectively, ensuring an annual growth of 27.4% and securing the 8th position in terms of the size of the authorized capital - 51.1 billion drams ($138.9 million). This increased the share of Fast Bank's authorized capital in total capital to 56.4%. Fast Bank has been operating in Armenia as a bank since September 2022, having previously operated as a universal credit company, Fast Credit Capital, since October 2011 (at the time, it ranked third in terms of loan portfolio).

Notably, Fast Bank participated in the syndicate financing Firebird's megaproject—the creation and opening of the region's largest artificial intelligence factory (in Hrazdan) based on NVIDIA DSX AI. The syndicate included Ardshinbank, ACBA Bank, Evocabank, Fast Bank, C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia, and Amundi-ACBA Asset Management Fund, providing Firebird with $300 million in financing. The total investment in the first stage of the "AI Factory" project amounted to $450 million.
