The company was founded in 1996. The project will be implemented in Vayots Dzor Province. Given that the company plans to import the goods listed through a leasing organization, it is now necessary to amend the decision to allow the company to import goods under leasing arrangements as well. There was also a need to revise the list, since the import of equipment worth 215 million drams and an additional batch of raw materials worth 656.9 million drams is planned. As a result of the amendments, the total value of the goods will amount to 4.3 billion drams. The total value of the customs duty exemption is estimated at 270.7 million drams.
