It is noted that the appeal to the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, signed by the heads of government of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia, with the attached Report, was sent to the Eurasian Economic Commission on October 20, 2026, for official submission to the members of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council - Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, and President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

"The suspension of the Republic of Armenia's participation in the EAEU may impact the conditions for the implementation of bilateral cooperation between the Union's member states and the Republic of Armenia in the energy sector, including taking into account the termination of the Republic of Armenia's participation in the EAEU common gas market (which functions as a system of relations between the EAEU member states in the gas sector, formed taking into account the legislation of the member states and international treaties between the member states in accordance with Decision No. 22 of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council of December 26, 2024)," the report further states.
