Apartments in Yerevan rose in price by 5.4% in Q2, with increase in  transactions for their purchase and sale by 30.8%

ArmInfo. The average market value of real estate in multi- apartment buildings in Yerevan for Q2 2022 increased by 5.4%, with a y-o-y growth of 16.7%, amounting to  386.2 thousand drams / 1 sq.m. This is evidenced by the data of the  RA State Committee for Real Estate Cadastre.

The average market price of apartments in the regions of Armenia in Q1 2022 compared to the same period in 2021 increased by 15.5%, with an increase of 5%  over the quarter, amounting to an average of 107.8 thousand drams / 1  sq.m. At the same time, transactions for the sale and purchase of  apartments in the regions increased by 31.1% y-o-y, 1453 transactions, demonstrating a decline of 5.9% over the quarter.

According to the data of the  RA Real Estate Cadastre State Committee, out of the total number of  these transactions, purchase and sale accounts for 27% or 7,574  transactions, with an annual growth of 26.7%.
