ArmInfo. A new greenhouse complex has been launched with the financing of Ardshinbank and the subsidy of the Government of Armenia. The opening of the first phase of the Nouveau Village project took place on December 23 in the village of Nor Geghi, Kotayk region.

Following the new terms, one can now get a loan in AMD at an annual interest rate starting from 11.25%, in USD – from 9,75%, and in case of loans in Euro – from 9%. Loans are provided without submission of statements on financial data.

ArmInfo. Ardshinbank announces better terms on credit lines with reduced limits within salary projects. According to the new conditions, it is now possible to get a credit line up to 14 times the salary. The term of credit line has also been extended, according to which it can be repaid up to 70 months.

ArmInfo. Ardshinbank improved  terms for property secured loads, reducing maximal level of interest  rates.  According to the press service of the company, Ardshinbank  announces reduced interest rates and better lending terms for loans  secured by property. Thus, the current annual interest rate on  consumer loans in AMD is 14.25-19.95% without the need to submit a  statement of income and 14.25-17.75% with income certificate. The  interest rates on express renovation loans in USD are 12.75-17.95%  without income certificate and 12.75-15.25% with income certificate,  as well as 12-14.95%, 12-13.45% in Euro accordingly. Following the  new terms, it is now possible to get up to AMD 40 million, USD 80,000  and EUR 70,000 loan amount.

As the press service of the bakka informs, every 300th customer using the Ria, IntelExpress, Sigue, MoneyGram, UniStream, ConversTrasnsfer, Best and Moneytun money transfer systems operating in the bank will receive 10 thousand AMD.
