According to the information shared by Suren Karayan, the Armenian Minister of Economic Development and Investments, before the beginning of the negotiations several consultations in respect to Ashtarak Kat were held with the representatives of Agra Remara, general investor of the company Artak Asatryan and recovery specialist Artak Avagyan.
