ArmInfo.  The 5th tranche of Armenian Eurobonds was successful in terms of placement time and yield rate, as stated by Armenian Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan during a press conference, in response to a question from ArmInfo.

ArmInfo. Economist Suren Parsyan believes that the fifth and final issue of Eurobonds ended up costing Armenia more than the previous ones.  The economist pointed out that  in 2013, Armenia issued Eurobonds for the first time in its financial  history, amounting $500 million. This amount was mainly used to repay  the Russian interstate debt. Later, the government continued to issue  Eurobonds several times to pay off previous debts and acquire  additional loans.

ArmInfo. Armenia has placed Eurobonds worth $750 million, which indicates a high level of confidence among international investors in the republic's economy.  This was stated by Babken Tunyan, a member of parliament from the  ruling Civil Contract faction, on  social media. 

ArmInfo.  The Central Depository of Kazakhstan (CDA) has become a member of the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA) system, opening a personal account (depot account) of a nominal holder. This membership is important for deepening the interaction between the capital markets of the two countries and expanding access  to the securities markets. This is noted in a joint statement of the Armenian Stock Exchange and the Central Depository of Armenia.

ArmInfo. Poland considers Armenia as a profitable platform for entering the EAEU market. This was stated by  Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Marcin  Przydacz, during a meeting with Deputy Heads of the Economic  Department of Armenia Rafael Gevorgyan and Armen Arzumanyan.

ArmInfo.FINCA UCO CJSC is planning to issue and underwrite AMD denominated coupon bonds on February 10, 2022. ARARATBANK OJSC will act as an underwriter of bonds.

At the end of December 2021, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the National Depository of Ukraine (NDU) and the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA), in particular, the Memorandum provides for cooperation on the issues of the new application of Armenian Depository - CDA Online, as well as electronic voting.

ArmInfo. The price of new tranches of Armenian sovereign Eurobonds continues to grow rapidly. Today, Armenia has placed among international investors the 4th issue  of 10-year debt securities in the amount of $ 750 million. The  established annual yield of the 4th issue bonds was lower than the  yield of the 3rd issue - 3.875% versus 4.625%.

ArmInfo. Armenia has fully redeemed the debut issue of Eurobonds in the amount of $ 700 million,  the issue of which took place in September 2013 on the international  capital market. According to the RA Ministry of Finance, after the  redemption in 2015 and 2019 from this issue, respectively, $ 199.9  million and $ 402.4 million, bonds in the amount of $ 97.7 million  remained in circulation.

The Armenia Securities Exchange (AMX), together with the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA), summarized the traditional annual competition,  awarding the best participating partners on March 25. As the press  service of the AMX told ArmInfo, the competition was held in 11  categories, of which 5 concerned exchange partners, and 6 - CDA  partners.

ArmInfo.The NASDAQ OMX Armenia Stock Exchange and the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA), according to the results of the annual contest "Best Member of the Exchange of 2017," recognized Ameriabank as the winner in two nominations. As the  Bank's press service explained to ArmInfo, these are the nominations  "Best Deposit Account Operator and Best Custodian Bank of the Foreign  Securities Market" and "Best Member of the Regulated Market  Settlement System".

ArmInfo. NASDAQ OMX Armenia and  the Central Depository of Armenia, summing up the results of the 2017  Best Exchange Exchange award, recognized Converse Bank as the best  participants of the Exchange on repo and swap operations.

Head of the Economic and Political Department of the Polish Embassy in Armenia  Marek Reshuta said this on October 4 at the official meeting with  representatives of the public and pri vate sectors at the Polish  Embassy in Armenia.
