ArmInfo.  Edmon Marukyan, leader of the Bright Armenia" party and former  Ambassador-at-Large, responded to today's statement by EU High  Commissioner for Enlargement Marta Kos.

ArmInfo. The problem of underfulfillment of both current and capital expenditures remains pressing. Armenian Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan stated this on  November 24 at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on financial,  budgetary, and credit issues, presenting a report on the state budget  execution for the first nine months of this year.

This  was the response of presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov when  asked to comment on Yerevan's reaction to FIS reports that Armenia  may switch from Russian grain to Ukrainian grain, which is more  costly and funded by the European Union.

ArmInfo.  Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service claims that Armenia intends to abandon cheap Russian grain and purchase more expensive grain from Ukraine as part  of its efforts to reduce its dependence on Russia.

ArmInfo.  Grain Gates has completed its first export shipment of Russian wheat to the Republic of Armenia via a new railway route through the Republic of  Azerbaijan.  This was reported by RIA Novosti, citing the company's  press service.

ArmInfo. It's too early to assess the economic benefits of the Trump route (TRIPP) or of  grain supplies to Armenia through Azerbaijan, according to economist  Ashot Farsyan, a member of the "In Our Way" movement.

ArmInfo.  A train carrying Kazakh grain has departed Azerbaijan for Armenia. According to Azerbaijani media, the train has already departed from Bilajari  station.

ArmInfo.  Direct rail service between Russia and Armenia through Azerbaijan and Georgia is a tangible contribution to peace in the South Caucasus and underscores a shared commitment to cooperation. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk told reporters this, according to RIA Novosti.
