ArmInfo.  Intelligent Management Holding, founder and shareholder of EFES Insurance Company and Vardanants Innovative Medical Center, announces the debut issue  of registered coupon bonds in AMD and USD in the amount of 1 billion  AMD and 2.5 million USD. ArmInfo.S&P Global Ratings raised its long-term issuer credit rating on Ameriabank CJSC to 'BB-', outlook stable. The upgrade follows a similar action on Armenia. The ratings on Ameriabank are no longer constrained by the sovereign's creditworthiness and are now commensurate with its standalone credit profile of 'bb-'.

ArmInfo. Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") upgraded Ameriabank’s Baseline Credit Assessment (BCA) to ba3 from b1 and affirmed the bank’s long-term deposit ratings at Ba3. The rating agency also changed the outlook on the Ba3 long-term deposit ratings to stable from negative.
