ArmInfo. On March 30, Ani Makaryan, CEO of the  Central Depository of Armenia (CDA), and Sherali Abdujabbarov, CEO the Central  Securities Depository of Uzbekistan (UzCSD), have signed a cooperation agreement, under which the CDA will open a foreign nominee account at the UzCSD. This will enable the  registration and safekeeping of securities, as well as the servicing of transactions and the execution of corporate actions in accordance with international standards. 

ArmInfo. Armenia has placed Eurobonds worth $750 million, which indicates a high level of confidence among international investors in the republic's economy.  This was stated by Babken Tunyan, a member of parliament from the  ruling Civil Contract faction, on  social media. 

ArmInfo.  The Central Depository of Kazakhstan (CDA) has become a member of the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA) system, opening a personal account (depot account) of a nominal holder. This membership is important for deepening the interaction between the capital markets of the two countries and expanding access  to the securities markets. This is noted in a joint statement of the Armenian Stock Exchange and the Central Depository of Armenia.

ArmInfo. The Armenia Securities Exchange (AMX) will start cross-listing with the Warsaw Stock  Exchange, AMX Director General Hayk Yeganyan stated at the awards ceremony for the most active securities market participants.

At the end of December 2021, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the National Depository of Ukraine (NDU) and the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA), in particular, the Memorandum provides for cooperation on the issues of the new application of Armenian Depository - CDA Online, as well as electronic voting.

ArmInfo. The price of new tranches of Armenian sovereign Eurobonds continues to grow rapidly. Today, Armenia has placed among international investors the 4th issue  of 10-year debt securities in the amount of $ 750 million. The  established annual yield of the 4th issue bonds was lower than the  yield of the 3rd issue - 3.875% versus 4.625%.

ArmInfo. Armenia has fully redeemed the debut issue of Eurobonds in the amount of $ 700 million,  the issue of which took place in September 2013 on the international  capital market. According to the RA Ministry of Finance, after the  redemption in 2015 and 2019 from this issue, respectively, $ 199.9  million and $ 402.4 million, bonds in the amount of $ 97.7 million  remained in circulation.

ArmInfo. Ministry of Justice of  Armenia together with the State Revenue Committee and the Finance Ministry is preparing a legal framework for providing QGD  inspectors with appropriate technical means. RA Minister of Justice  Rustam Badasyan stated this at a government meeting on January 9.
