At the end of December 2021, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the National Depository of Ukraine (NDU) and the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA), in particular, the Memorandum provides for cooperation on the issues of the new application of Armenian Depository - CDA Online, as well as electronic voting.

ArmInfo. The price of new tranches of Armenian sovereign Eurobonds continues to grow rapidly. Today, Armenia has placed among international investors the 4th issue  of 10-year debt securities in the amount of $ 750 million. The  established annual yield of the 4th issue bonds was lower than the  yield of the 3rd issue - 3.875% versus 4.625%.

ArmInfo. Armenia has fully redeemed the debut issue of Eurobonds in the amount of $ 700 million,  the issue of which took place in September 2013 on the international  capital market. According to the RA Ministry of Finance, after the  redemption in 2015 and 2019 from this issue, respectively, $ 199.9  million and $ 402.4 million, bonds in the amount of $ 97.7 million  remained in circulation.

Ardshinbank's Eurobonds trading in the amount of $ 300 million (XS2080321198), which was issued by Dilijan Finance B.V. in the international capital market in  January this year, started at the AMX Armenian Stock Exchange on June  30, the press service of AMX told ArmInfo, noting that these bonds  are quoted on the Bbond list of the Armenian Stock Exchange.

ArmInfo. Ministry of Justice of  Armenia together with the State Revenue Committee and the Finance Ministry is preparing a legal framework for providing QGD  inspectors with appropriate technical means. RA Minister of Justice  Rustam Badasyan stated this at a government meeting on January 9.

ArmInfo. "INECOBANK" CJSC became a  member of the securities settlement system of the Central Depository  of Armenia (CDA). As reported to ArmInfo in the press service of  NasdaqOMX Armenia, this took place on February 28. Thus, the Bank has  been assigned the status of a depository system account operator.

ArmInfo. AO  Raiffeisenbank  (Russia) and the Central Depository of the Republic of Armenia (CDA)  entered into an agreement under which the Russian bank received the  status of a direct participant in the settlement system of  securities, with the subsequent opening of the personal account of  the nominee holder in the CDA.

ArmInfo.Universal Credit  Company (UCC) Global Credit intends to issue and place on the primary  market two tranches of registered coupon non-documentary bonds with  the issue volume of $ 1 million and 300 million AMD on November 23.  As the UCC Global Credit informs, the investment company RENESA will  act as the underwriter in the issue of these bonds and the market  maker when applying them on the secondary market.

ArmInfo. Ardshinbank became a participant in the securities registration system of the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA) with the status of the operator of the depository system account. About it ArmInfo was informed in the press service of the stock exchange NasDaq OMX Armenia.  From now on, the clients of the bank will be able to access the services of the CDA, in particular the maintenance of the register of joint-stock companies and all services related to the storage of securities.  Thus, Ardshinbank became the 17th operator of the Depository System.

"Central Depository of Armenia" OJSC and the Central Depository of Belarus, Republican Unitary Enterprise "Republican Central Securities Depository" (CDB) concluded an agreement on opening of bilateral nominee accounts.  As the press-service of NASDAQ OMX Armenia informs, within the framework of this agreement, CDA and CDB customers get access to the entire range of services provided by the Depositories in respect to registration of securities, settlement of transactions with securities and other services associated with the execution of rights for securities. The bilateral link between two depositories will allow to perform cross-border operations in a more efficient manner. In addition, it will facilitate operations of the investors of both countries in Armenian and Belarusian securities markets.
