ArmInfo.During November and December 2021, the entire amount gathered within the framework of “Тhe Power of One Dram” initiative of IDBank and Idram, AMD 9,328,753 was transferred to the “Teach for Armenia” educational foundation, directed to the Nation Builder program. As a result, two schools of Aragatsotn Region have been conducting an education program based on change for two years. The employees of the Bank and Idram visited Melikgyugh village school in Aragatsotn region to sum up the results of the collaboration on the spot.

ArmInfo.Armenia will be the next country to host the American Competitiveness Exchange (ACE)  program. According to the press service of the Ministry of Economy, this was officially announced during an event dedicated to the ACE in Detroit (USA), in which the head of the department, Gevorg Papoyan,  took part. Thus, Armenia, as an observer, will become the third country located outside the United States where this program will be implemented.

ArmInfo.The World Bank's Board of Executive Directors approved a Development Policy Operation (DPO)  in the amount of $116 million equivalent for Armenia to enable reforms aimed at promoting green, resilient and inclusive development.

ArmInfo.The Armenian government has decided to return to the initial route of laying the Armenia-Georgia power line with the construction of an electrical substation near the village of Ddmashen. Previously, the issue of making changes to the project and, instead of the Ddmashen substation, to build a similar station at the Hrazdan Thermal Power Plant with the connection of the American General Electric and Chinese companies was discussed.

On April 18, the Cabinet of Ministers of Armenia approved the proposal to sign an agreement  attached to the agreement between the Republic of Armenia and KfW "Financial cooperation of Germany with the Republic of Armenia: "Combined water resources management/Akhuryan River I (Phase 2 of the project)>.

ArmInfo.As part of a pilot program to introduce an agricultural insurance system, the Armenian government will not only subsidize insurance premiums, but will also compensate the costs of insurance companies if a certain threshold of insurance payments is exceeded.

ArmInfo.The Asian Development Bank (ADB) will provide Armenia with a loan of 60.09 million euros  for the implementation of the urban development investment program.

ArmInfo. The European Investment Bank (EIB) will provide Armenia with a loan of 25 million  euros for the implementation of the second stage of the program to improve the energy efficiency of buildings and structures in Yerevan.
