ArmInfo. On November 22, Converse Bank will start the primary placement of the next issue of USD and AMD  bonds in the amount of AMD 3 billion and USD 10 million.

ArmInfo. In economic terms, after gaining independence, Armenia from an agro-industrial country, where metalworking, mechanical engineering, chemical, light, food  industries developed, turned into a state with a small economy, which  could not boast of either a rich natural resource potential or an  advantageous geographical position.

ArmInfo. In January-October 2022, Armenia increased the public debt by 9.1% or $837.5 million - up to $10 billion 063.2 million. At the same time, as a result of the  revaluation of the national currency (in January-October, the dollar  depreciated against the dram by almost 20% - from 480 to about 395  drams per $) the state debt in dram terms decreased by 10.1% or 449.3  billion drams - up to 3 trillion 380.3 billion drams.

ArmInfo.n December 1, ACBA Bank OJSC will put up for sale a tranche of nominal, coupon, non-documentary AMD and USD bonds in the amount of AMD 3 billion and  USD 5 million.  According to the issue prospectuses posted on the  Central Bank's website, the primary placement of both AMD and USD  issues is scheduled to be completed on January 31, 2023.

ArmInfo. Economically, the highway through the Caucasian Range which is under construction in  Georgia now will be the shortest route for delivering Armenian  cargoes to Russia, Gagik Aghajanyan, Executive Director of the Apaven  foreign forwarding company, said in an interview with ArmInfo. 

ArmInfo. This year, GDP per capita in Armenia will exceed $6,000, Armenian Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan told ArmInfo on the sidelines of the first anniversary  event of the opening of a representative office of the Symbiotics  international investment company in Armenia.

ArmInfo. This year, the 12-month inflation is expected to exceed the 4% target and reach 8.5%, with average inflation to reach 8.1%, with a gradual decline to the  targeted level during next year.  

ArmInfo.The share of exports in Armenia's GDP in 2023, compared to 2022, will decrease. The financial authorities of the republic also projected a decline in the  imports and remittances. This is stated in the budget report of the  next year's state budget project.

ArmInfo.On September 8, Araratbank will put up for sale the next tranche of dollar bonds for $3 million, and the primary placement of this issue is planned to be  completed no later than December 8. This is noted in the issue  prospectus posted on  the website of the Central Bank of Armenia.

ArmInfo.On September 7, Ameriabank started the initial placement of the next tranche of dollar  nominal,  coupon-non-documentary bonds with an  issue volume of $10 million.

ArmInfo.Armenia is very concerned with unblocking transport links with Azerbaijan and hopes the issue will be settled with Moscow's help, Armenia's Premier Nikol  Pashinyan stated at a plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum.
