ArmInfo. There are no restrictions for foreign citizens on transactions of purchase and sale of real estate in Armenia, with the exception of the purchase of agricultural lands. Chairman of the Real Estate Cadastre Committee Suren Tovmasyan told reporters on January 25 during a briefing, answering a question about the possible acquisition of real estate in Armenia by citizens of Azerbaijan and Turkey.

In order to fully use transit opportunities with Georgia, it is necessary to enter into bilateral negotiations in order to eliminate those measures that are mutually applied to cargo carriers due to the fault of the Armenian side. A similar opinion was expressed by economist Tigran Jrbashyan, presenting the results of the "Ameria" company's "Alternative Wine Export Markets" study.

But Russia continues to lead in foreign trade turnover with Armenia with a coverage of over 35%, and the milestone of 49.6% has already been reached in exports alone, according to the data of the RA Statistical Committee for January-October 2023.

ArmInfo.In 2024, the expenditures of the state treasury of Armenia, compared with the approved figure for this year, will increase by approximately 562.5 billion drams, and will amount to more than a third of GDP - 3  trillion 206.5 billion drams (30.5% of GDP).

ArmInfo.The banking system of Armenia in Jan-Sept 2023 sent 111.8 billion drams or $284.1 million to the state treasury through taxes, which is 2.4-fold higher than the year-ago. Of this amount, 91.1% or 101.9 billion drams were paid for direct taxes (including profit tax and income tax), with an increase of 2.6-fold over the year, according to the data from the State Revenue Committee.

According to the company's press service, residents of Artsakh can keep their phone numbers and join the Team network, which will allow them to use the Internet and make  calls to Artsakh and all regions of Armenia for free.

This opinion was reached by  experts of the LUYS Foundation, who studied the structure of exports  of the Armenian economy for the reporting period, as well as the  possibilities of economic growth in Armenia in the absence of these  factors.
