ArmInfo. ARARATBANK has placed the 12th issue of its AMD coupon bonds in the amount of 400 mln AMD with a 13% yield and 2-year maturity. Deputy CEO of ARARATBANK David Harutyunyan said at today's press conference that the given issue includes 40 thsd non-documentary bonds with a nominal value of 10,000 AMD each and quarterly coupon payments.  Harutyunyan said that this is the 6th issue in terms of Armenian dram. He added that the initial placement will be on 11-22 July 2016. The secondary placement on NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA will take place after the listing.

ArmInfo. Starting from July 06, 2016, nominal coupon bonds issued by "ARARATBANK" OJSC will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia and included in the bonds' secondary Bbond list.  The press-service of NASDAQ OMX Armenia informs that the bonds (ISIN - AMARBKB2BER6) will be traded under ARBKB2B ticker symbol and will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.  

ArmInfo. In the nearest future ARARATBANK will hold additional closed issue of stocks, as a result of which the amount of total capital will increase by 8.5 bln drams from the current 22.7 bln drams. Thus, the bank will meet the minimal capital requirement, which according to the CBA's decision must not be less than 30 bln drams starting from 2017. The decision on additional issue of stocks was made on June 17 during the general meeting of the bank's shareholders on results of 2015. It was decided not to distribute the net profit ensured for 2015 amounted to 941.7 mln drams and to use it for the capital replenishment purposes.

ArmInfo. ARARATBANK has placed its 11th issue of USD coupon bonds worth 1 mln USD with annual yield of 7% and circulation period of 3 years. The issue of bonds in USD is determined by maintaining high demand by the investors, David Harutyunyan, Deputy CEO of ARARATBANK, noted at today's press conference attached to this event. 

ArmInfo. Starting from December 18, 2015, nominal coupon bonds issued by "ARARTBANK" OJSC will be listed and included in Bbond list of NASDAQ OMX Armenia, according to NASDAQ press-realise. 

ArmInfo. On November 24, 2015 during a press conference held at NASDAQ OMX Armenia ARARATBANK announced the 10th issue of coupon bonds by the Company. ARARATBANK issued 80,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of USD 25, coupon rate of 7.00% and maturity of 2 years. David Haruthunyan, Deputy CEO, ARARATBANK, noted that the first placement of these bonds is scheduled from November 25 to December 1 , and the secondary placement of the bonds on NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange will start on January 11, 2016 and finish on December 1, 2017.

NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA press-office has informed ArmInfo that AMD nominal coupon bonds of ARARATBANK's 7th issue have been listed at Bbond NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA Stock Market. 

ARARATBANK is intedning to carry out the ninth issue of dollar bonds with the amount of 2 mln USD and 7.25% annual yield. The maturity of bonds is 3 years.
