ArmInfo.The first publication of Idram in 2023 of course should be exactly like this: having reached the set achievements of 2022, the certain heights and clear results, with new initiatives in the plans. Well, let's sum up the outgoing year in Idram.

ArmInfo. The poverty rate in Armenia at the end of 2021 averaged 26.5%, of which 1.5% falls on the extremely poor population (against 27%, of which 0.7% is below the extreme poverty line in 2020). This is noted in the joint report of  the RA Statistical Committee and the World Bank: Social Snapshot and  Poverty in Armenia.

At the same time, the indicator in 2021, compared to 2020, decreased (by 0.5 p.e.), compared to 2019, it  increased by 0.1%.  Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated  this on December 1 at a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.

ArmInfo.Armenia's government has approved a draft decree by Armenia's president approving the Agreement between the Republic of Armenia and the European Commission on Accountable Institutions and Human Rights Protection in Armenia,  which provides for the issuance of a 33mln EUR grant to Armenia for SMB  development and establishment of the Ministry of the Interior.

On October 20, the Government of Armenia approved a proposal  to sign two financial agreements between the Republic of Armenia and  the European Commission.
