ArmInfo.During 2021, 10 thousand clients opened online accounts in the digital space of Ameriabank, 15 thousand received online cards, 17 thousand were  registered on the Internet banking platform. Arman Barseghyan, Retail  Banking Director of Ameriabank, announced this at a press conference  on October 28.

And for 2022-2023, S&P  forecasts for GDP growth in Armenia look a little more restrained -  by an average of 4.3% than the previously expected 4.5%.  This is  stated in the message of Ameriabank regarding the confirmation of the  credit rating of the bank at the level of <B + / B> and the  improvement of the forecast from "stable" to "positive".

ArmInfo.In the first half of 2021, the banking system of Armenia sent over 30 billion drams or $ 60.6 million to the state treasury through taxes, which is 19.4% more  than a year ago. Of this amount, over 85.9% or 25.8 billion drams was  paid under direct taxes (including income tax and tax on profit),  with an increase of 13.4% over the year. According to the data of the  RA State Revenue Committee, in the total volume of payments of 1000  large taxpayers in Armenia, 17 banks account for 5.1%.

ArmInfo. Ameriabank has opened its  new branch Mashtots in the center of Yerevan, in Passage N1 (20/4  Mashtots Ave.), which is the Bank's largest branch operating on  non-standard schedule. S&P Global Ratings revised the outlook on Ameriabank to stable from negative and affirmed 'B+/B' long- and short-term issuer credit rating on the  bank.  B+' long-term rating on Ameriabank is one notch lower than its  stand-alone credit profile (SACP) rated "bb-", due to the sovereign's  creditworthiness constraint, the press service of Ameriabank told  ArmInfo.
