ArmInfo. Armenia's Ministry of  Agriculture analyzes efficiency of the programs being implemented  with state support aimed at finding ways for solving the problems of  the field, Agriculture Minister Ignatiy Arakelyan stated at the press  conference on the results of the year on December 24. 

ArmInfo. Public debt of Armenia will grow to 55.5% of GDP by the end of 2016 and to 56.8% in 2017, according to the forecasts of the Finance Ministry of Armenia, which was presented at the today's press conference by Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan.

ArmInfo. Armenia will receive  loans from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) amounted to $30 mln and  from the French Development Agency (FDA) amounted to 40 mln EUR for  strengthening of infrastructures and covering the needs of state  budget.

According to the Armenian Finance Ministry's forecast, this indicator will make up 56.1% in 2017, Armenian Finance Minister Vardan Aramyan said, when replying to ArmInfo's question.  Nevertheless, the Finance Ministry is not so much afraid of such a scenario.

ArmInfo. The tools found at the  basis of the Militaries Families Compensation Fund are exactly the  pure essence of insurance, Vardan Aramyan, the Armenian Finance  Minister, expressed his opinion during the conversation with  journalists.  According to Aramyan, the concept of the idea is a bit  different of that presented by  the Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan.  The responsibility  in respect to the army  is equal for all.  Minister recalled, that as per of today, Armenia is found  in a  half-military conditions, which should make everybody to think over  his responsibility for the army and for the country. The Army should  have not only a mental support, but also material," Aramyan stated.  In this context the framework being established now has not only a  logical part, but also contains a philosophy. And for the proper work  of this system we should secure the safety of its certain elements.  The first important indicator of successful insurance is the forecast  able  permanent incomes, so that if an insurance case rises, to  secure the reimbursement of lost incomes during 20-year period.

ArmInfo. The matter of  payments for strategicsupplies, particularly for natural gas, is   being discussed with Rusian Side at the level of Central banks of two  countries, Vardan Aramyan, the Armenian Minister of Finance, said to   journalists.  To remind, in September 2015 at the session of the  Eurasian Intergovernmental Board held in Grodno, Belarus, the former  Prime Minister of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan offered to all the EEU  countries to implement al the payments for strategic supplies in  Russian rubles. "The process is not the one to be completed shortly,  but we included this issue in the agenda. The derivations of USD, AMD  and RR rates mpact ur economy, that is why we offer to pay for gas in  rubles. We  have made a very good offer. We are strategic partners  and EEU partners. Let something be beneficial for Armenia, at last,"  Abrahamyan stated.
