ProCredit Bank in Armenia has launched "Young Banker Program"
ArmInfo. This week ProCredit Bank has successfully launched its "Young Banker Program".
The press service of ProCredit Bank told ArmInfo that 24 promising young people were selected in competitive basis to participate in a unique six-month program. They will get fundamental theoretical knowledge and practical skills in banking sphere.
The selected participants are graduates and master degree students from various universities of Armenia, namely from Yerevan State University, Armenian State University of Economics, American University of Armenia, French University in Armenia, Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University, European Regional Academy and have economic or technical background. Taking into consideration the performance and scope of interests during the whole program, the outstanding participants will receive a perspective job offer from ProCredit Bank and will join the banking community operating in 21 countries. "We believe that the knowledge gained and enthusiasm of selected participants will not only contribute to the ProCredit Bank success, but also propel the growth of young qualified specialists in Armenian banking", said Avtandil Gogoli, the Bank's Deputy Executive Director.
To note, the shareholders of ProCredit Bank are ProCredit Holding AG (68.46%), EBRD (16.67%) and KfW Bank of Germany (14.87%).
