Payments of Armenian insurers grow by 22,5% up to 2,8 bln drams for August
Arminfo. The compensation payments of Armenian insurers grew by 22,5% up to 2,8 bln drams for August. According to the results of 8 months of the current year, the size of the forthcoming payments amounted to 1.014 bln drams, which is by 22% more than in July.
According to the "Bureau of insurers of Armenia", over the reported period the insurance companies satisfied 13844 applications about an insurance event.
For Jan-Aug 2011, insurance company "Rosgosstrakh Armenia" is the first among 8 Armenian insurance companies by the volume of OSAGO payments - 956.8 mln drams (4739 insurance cases). The second is "INGO Armenia" - 546 mln drams (2542 cases). Then comes "RESO" with a volume of compensation 357.7 mln drams (1679 cases), the forth is "Nairi Insurance" - 308.7 mln drams and the fifth is "Garant Limens" - 209.4 mln drams. Then comes "Cascade Insurance" - 158.4 mln drams. The seventh is "Sil insurance" - 140.7 mln drams and the last is "RASCO" - 127.9 mln drams.
Over the reported period the Bureau of insurers paid 32.8 mln drams (53 cases).
As of the end of August 373022 drivers have got the OSAGO policy. The total volume of the insurance fees paid by them amounted to 13.2 bln drams.
