Unibank launches two co-branding projects with Ucom and RESO companies
ArmInfo. In collaboration with Ucom and RESO companies, Unibank is launching a joint U-Customers Partner campaign. Under the campaign, Unibank provides the customers of its partner companies with co-branding cards with credit lines, the press service of the Bank told ArmInfo.
For their part, Ucom and RESO will offer additional advantages and privileges to the customers. From now on the subscribers of Ucom, who receive ArCa Classic "UNIBANK-UCOM", the co-branding card of Unibank, will receive internet with up to 1 mb increased speed as a gift in the application to the standard internet packages "U! Net Starter" and "Triple Play Classic". They will also receive an opportunity to participate in prize drawings and campaigns of the company. When acquiring the ArCa Classic "UNIBANK- RESO" co-branding card, the insurees of RESO insurance company will be able to make use of 5% discount for all the insurance services of the company, except the motor third party liability insurance (MTPL).
The co-branding cards with credit lines to be issued by Unibank will have a special design and will be served free of charge throughout a year. The loans provided by the co-branding cards can be spent on any needs. ArCa Classic "UNIBANK - RESO" can be provided to the individuals having CASCO or MTPL insurance policies from RESO company. The credit limits are as follows: 370,000 AMD in case of a CASCO agreement for the cars made in 2005-2011; 100,000 AMD in case of an MTPL agreement for the cars made in Russia in 2005-2008; 200,000 AMD in case of an MTPL agreement for the cars made in Russia in 2008-2011 or for the cars made in any other country 2005-2011.
The credit limits of ArCa Classic "UNIBANK -UCOM" are as follows: 400,000 AMD, if the customer is a user of the corporate tariff plan of Ucom; 200,000 AMD is the customer has been a subscriber of the company for a year and monthly pays 10,000 or more AMD for the services; 100,000 AMD if the customer has been the company's subscriber for less than a year and uses the package "Three in One" or monthly pays 10,000 or more AMD for the services. The lack of negative credit history is a compulsory term of crediting. Otherwise, the customer receives the co-branding card without a credit line.
Unibank adds a high interest (5% p.a.) to the positive balance of the card accounts of the holders of ArCa Classic "UNIBANK -UCOM" and ArCa Classic "UNIBANK - RESO" and allows them to considerably reduce their standing costs. The holders of the co-branding cards will participate in the program of privileges which will be launched in late December 2011. When paying for shopping and services by their cards, the program participants will receive an opportunity to accumulate bonuses or to make use of the discounts in the wide network of the program's partner companies.
For maximum convenience in service, the representatives of Ucom and RESO will themselves get in touch with the customers and will present the terms of the campaign and application for the cards. As soon as the card is ready, the customer will be invited to Unibank. When visiting the Bank, the customer is to present his passport, social card and the agreement with Ucom or RESO. If the customer wants to receive an amount exceeding the fixed limit, he is to present a statement of employment as well.
Under the campaign, the credit line is opened for 24 months. The interest rate is 22% p.a., which is added only to the spent part of the credit line. The customer is allowed to reduce the interest rate over the second year of the credit agreement if the customer monthly makes no less than 5,000 AMD utility payments at Unibank by the UNIPAY card. The UNIPAY card is provided to the customer free of charge.
By means of cards, Unibank provides a wide range of consumer loans for purchase of equipment or furniture, traveling, repair, property insurance, etc. As of 1 Nov 2011, the number of cards issued by Unibank exceeded 74.6 thsd, having increased by almost 20% as compared to the same period of 2010. 55.6 thsd of the total number of cards were Visa international cards, and 19 thsd - ArCa local cards.
