INGO Armenia, Rosgosstrakh Armenia and Nairi Insurance are largest taxpayers among insurance companies of Armenia
ArmInfo. 6 Armenian insurance companies have found themselves among the top 1000 largest taxpayers of Armenia for Jan-Sept 2012. INGO Armenia was in the lead (209th position). It paid 318 mln AMD to the state budget, with 307 mln AMD of this amount being profit and income taxes.
According to the State Revenue Committee of Armenia, Rosgosstrakh Armenia ranked next (219th position with 304.6 mln AMD, including 276.3 mln AMD profit and income taxes). Nairi Insurance was the third (290th position with 224.2 mln AMD, including 219.6 mln AMD profit and income taxes), RESO was the fourth (346th position with 184.7 mln AMD, including 181.2 mln AMD profit and income taxes), RASCO was the fifth (612th position with 98.9 mln AMD, including 94.4 mln AMD profit and income taxes). Garant Insurance was the sixth (718th position with 83.7 mln AMD, including 79.5 mln AMD profit and income taxes). SIL Insurance failed to join the top 1000 taxpayers of Armenia due to the loss.
According to the Ranking of Insurance Companies of Armenia by the Agency of Rating Marketing Information (ArmInfo), as of 1 October 2012 INGO Armenia was in the lead in the Armenian insurance market by its profit amount (5.2 bln AMD); Rosgosstrakh Armenia ranked next with 4.6 bln AMD and was followed by RESO - 3.5 bln AMD, Nairi Insurance - 2.2 bln AMD, Garant Insurance - 1.9 bln AMD and RASCO - 1.1 bln AMD.
