Anelik Bank prolongs "Without Trigger Balance" action for ANELIK BANK BOOM ENERGY VISA Classic cards till 30 June 2013
ArmInfo. Taking into account the youth's high demand for ANELIK BANK BOOM ENERGY VISA Classic cards, Anelik Bank has prolonged the action "Without Trigger Balance" till 30 June 2013. Thus, the Bank gives an opportunity to everybody to receive the ANELIK BANK BOOM ENERGY VISA Classic cards by paying only 5,000 AMD for annual service without being obliged to keep 4,000 AMD as a trigger balance, the press service of the Bank told ArmInfo.
"On 3 Sept 2012 Anelik Bank introduced the ANELIK BANK BOOM ENERGY VISA Classic cards in the market, and these cards considerably differ from other card projects offered in Armenia. To recall, these cards provide the customers with an opportunity to visit more than 10 karaoke, disco and nigh clubs of Yerevan free of charge, and in 6 karaoke clubs the cardholders can sing 2 songs absolutely free of charge. In addition, the card provides an up to 10% discount in more than 20 clubs, restaurants and other entertainment establishments, as well as an up to 50% discount in more than 400 stores and service points in case of noncash shopping", said David Ananyan, Head of Plastic Card Operations Department of Anelik Bank.
According to the Analytical Review "Armenian Banks in Card Business" by the Agency of Rating Marketing Information, Anelik Bank is among the top ten leading banks by active cards, which totaled almost 47,000 as of 1 Oct 2012. The y-o-y growth in the total number of the active cards (20.3%) was mostly due to the increase in international cards. It should be noted that in the Armenian card market Anelik Bank was the first to serve international Visa and MasterCards alongside with issuing and serving the local ArCa cards.
