In 2012 Areximbank-Gazprombank Group increased deposit portfolio by 33.3%


ArmInfo. In 2012 Areximbank-Gazprombank Group increased its deposit portfolio by 33.3% to 29.5 bln AMD. The press service of the Bank told ArmInfo that the deposits of residents made up 96.8% of total AMD deposits. In 2012 the number of deposits in the bank was 3932, which was by 41.59% higher than in 2011 (2777).

According to the Ranking of Armenian Commercial Banks by the Agency of Rating Marketing Information (ArmInfo), as of 1 Oct 2012 the total liabilities of Areximbank-GPB Group totaled 95.8 bln AMD (8th position in the market, 43.3% growth versus the same period of 2011). In their structure, 16.6% or 16 bln AMD fell on call liabilities (9th position, over twofold growth), and 26.1% or 25 bln AMD - time deposits (11th position, 38.7% growth). The share of individuals' deposits was the biggest - almost 21 bln AMD.
