Areximbank-Gazprombank Group to increase its loan book to 105.2 bln AMD in 2013
ArmInfo. Areximbank-Gazprombank Group is going to increase its loan book by 15% to 105.2 bln AMD in 2013, the press service of the Bank told ArmInfo.
The source says that the Bank is going to increase the share of corporate loans in the loan book by 8.7 bln AMD or by 11.4% to 85.1 bln AMD, which will make up about 90% of the loan book.
The retail exposures will be increased by 4.7 bln AMD, or by 30.5% to 20.1 bln AMD (19.1% of the loan book). In the portfolio of the retail exposures, consumer loans will total 11.3 bln AMD (56.2%). The share of card and salary projects will be 5.5 bln AMD (27.4%), and the share of mortgage loans - 2.9 bln AMD (14.4%).
"Areximbank-Gazprombank Group intends to continue its active credit policy and to maintain the loan book at a high level. It is planned to increase the total loan book both within the frames work of international projects and at the expense of local market resources", the source says. In addition, in 2013 the Bank is going to switch to full automation of retail lending, which will considerably optimize the process of lending to individuals.
As of 1 Jan 2013, the Bank's loan book totaled 91.8 bln AMD (22.9% growth over 2012). The corporate loans grew by 23.3% to 76.4 bln AMD, and retail exposures - by 21.1% to 15.4 bln AMD.
