Training Centre of CJSC "Areximbank-Gasprombank group" one year old


Arminfo. The training Centre of CJSC "Areximbank-Gasprombank group" has become one year old. As press-service of the bank reported, the centre has been dealing with professional training of employees, showing assistance in their development and improvement of professional skills. "The total of 22 seminars were held for a year and 498 employees of the bank participated in them. This year we are going to hold 24 seminars on the topics which are still relevant today...Another important function of the centre is checking of the service quality. According to the results of such checking, we draw out further steps for improvement of the quality of rendering service to clients of the bank. The competition in the banking sphere is very harsh, we have been fighting practically for every client. For this reason, we are very much concerned about raising of qualification of our employees, and as a result, about rendering of high quality and effective service", - the head of the training centre of CJSC "Areximbank-Gasprombamk Group", Eliza Mheryan, said when commenting on the goals of creation of the centre.
