Corporate Bonds of National Mortgage Company Placed at Nasdaq OMX Armenia
Armenia. On December 11, 2013 placement of the 8th issue of corporate bonds by "National Mortgage Company" Refinancing Credit Organization CJSC (NMC RCO) amounting to AMD 500 mln took place at NASDAQ OMX Armenia.
The press service of NASDAQ OMX Armenia has told ArmInfo that discount bonds for a total value of AMD 479,213,920 were placed through stock exchange mechanism. All the value issued was placed, while bonds demand was even higher, amounting to AMD 957,444,440. Weighted average price was 8.5797% and the cut price stood at 8.6497%.
National Mortgage Company RCO CJSC was registered in the Central Bank of Armenia by the decision N 1/1167A of the board of the Central Bank of Armenia dated October 19, 2011 Registration certificate N 26, Activity License N 26). The only shareholder is the Central Bank of Armenia.
According to the Ranking of Credit Companies of Armenia by the Agency of Rating Marketing Information (ArmInfo), as of 1 Oct 2013 the assets of National Mortgage Company amounted to 29.9 bln AMD (32.2% y-o-y growth), liabilities - 19.4 bln AMD (53.3% y-o-y growth), net profit - 441.4 mln AMD (28.6% y-o-y growth).
