ArmInfo. Retention of sovereign currencies and an independent monetary policy in the Eurasian Economic Union is possible within a decade's outlook, Samvel Chzmachyan, Head of the Union of Banks of Armenia, said at today's International Banking Conference 2014 in Yerevan.
The stage of the search for arguments in favor of integration of currency and financial markets in the Eurasian area can be considered completed now, he stressed.
