ARARATBANK`s USD Denominated Bonds Listed at NASDAQ OMX Armenia

Starting from July 14, 2015, corporate bonds issued by "ARARTBANK" OJSC will be listed and included in Bbond list of NASDAQ OMX Armenia. 
 
NASDAQ OMX Armenia has told ArmInfo that this issue of the Company's corporate bonds comprises 80,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of USD 25, coupon rate of 7.25% and maturity period of 36 months. The issue will be traded under ARBKB9 ticker symbol and will be allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.
 
The list of securities listed and admitted to trading at NASDAQ OMX Armenia, is available on "Financial Instruments" page (http://www.nasdaqomx.am/en/instruments.htm ) of NASDAQ OMX Armenia official web- site (www.nasdaqomx.am). 
 
ARARATBANK is one of the most active issuers at NASDAQ OMX Armenia. 8 issues of corporate bonds by the Company were listed at the Exchange in 2007- 2014, 4 of which were successfully redeemed at their maturity. Currently, common nominal stocks of ARARATBANK (ARBK) are admitted to trading at NASDAQ OMX Armenia, while coupon bonds by the Company nominated in AMD (ARBKB7) and nominated in USD (ARBKB5, ARBKB6, ARBKB8) are listed.  
 
To note, according to the Financial Rating of Armenian Banks prepared by ArmInfo News Agency, ARARATBANK'S assets totaled 132.3 bln AMD (0.4% yoy growth, 4.7% quarterly decline). In the structure of assets, the share of investments in securities made up 13% or 17 bln AMD (up 30% versus Q1 2014, up 12% versus Q4 2014). By 1 April 2015, the Bank's liabilities amounted to 110.5 bln AMD (down 0.6% versus Q1 2014, down 5.6% versus Q4 2014). The total capital reached 21.8 bln AMD (up 6% versus Q1 2014, up 0.2% versus Q4 2014). The net profit amounted to 405.7 mln AMD (down 63.2% versus Q1 2014, almost 2-fold rise versus Q4 2014). The Bank's ROA and ROE ensured the bank's position among the top 10 banks - 1.19% and 7.72%, respectively. The majority shareholders of ARARATBANK OJSC are Flash oil trader (President Barsegh Beglaryan) with a 64.24% stake, EBRD - 25%+1 share, and Rural Impulse Fund II with a 10% stake.
 
ARARATBANK is also the winner in "Best Exchange Member" nomination of NASDAQ OMX Armenia "Best Member Awards" 2014, for the 4th year in a row. 
 
NASDAQ OMX Armenia is the only stock exchange currently operating in Armenia. On January 26, 2009, "Armenian Stock Exchange" ojsc was officially renamed as "NASDAQ OMX Armenia" ojsc. On June 5, 2009, "NASDAQ OMX Armenia" ojsc became the owner of 100% of the shares of the "Central Depository of Armenia" ojsc.
