Ameriabank has created a new opportunity for remote banking users. The press office of the Bank has told ArmInfo that before September 30 the individual customers of Ameriabank can connect to Ameria Phone Banking free of charge.
The service enables the customers to make a number of operations without visiting the Bank. The customers are only to make a specific request to Ameriabank's Contact Center by dialing 561111. The Phone Banking provides an opportunity to make intrabank transfers between one's own accounts and to the accounts of other customers, as well as to make noncash conversion of currencies, international transfers, utility payments, etc. The service also allows the customers to get voice data about thebalance on the current account and the turnover, loan balance and redemption schedule, deposit balance and accumulated interest.
For utility payments Ameriabank has worked out new fast and convenient solutions via various remote banking systems. From now on the customers can make their utility payments via Ameria Online
Banking, Ameria Mobile Banking, Ameria Phone Banking, Ameriabank's ATMs, as well as by means of an application, under which a relevant sum is automatically levied monthly.
