ArmInfo. VTB Bank (Armenia) is making a new offer: the best customers borrowing installment loans at the partner trade outlets get an opportunity to receive a credit card at the same time.    

The press office of the Bank has told ArmInfo that the Companion Card credit card is provided at a trade outlet within a few minutes. The credit limit is up to 800 thsd AMD and there is no need to submit any additional documents.    

The credit card holders can not only withdraw cash through ATMs and POS terminals of the Bank, but also pay with the card at stores and restaurants for goods and services. The interest is calculated only in case the credit limit is used and the matter concerns only the part spent.

According to the Ranking of Armenian Banks by the Agency of Rating Marketing Information (ArmInfo), by 1 April 2016 VTB Bank (Armenia) is among the top-3 in terms of consumer loans with 64 bln AMD.  The share of consumer loans in the Bank's loan book is 33%. According to ArmInfo's Analytical Review "Armenian Banks in Card Business", VTB Bank (Armenia) retains leadership on the market of plastic cards both by the number of cards and the amount of transactions. By 1 April 2016, the number of active cards of the Bank made up 496.6 thsd and the total amount of transactions in 2015 exceeded 210.3 bln AMD. The Bank has the biggest number of Visa cards - over 418.2 thsd by 1 April 2016, and the biggest number of MasterCards (over 78.3 thsd).
