MasterCard and Maestro cardholders of Anelik Bank to receive an opportunity to get movie tickets at Dalma Garden Mall and Yerevan Mall

ArmInfo.  The MasterCard and Maestro cardholders of Anelik Bank, who make noncash operations worth 8 thsd AMD and more from August 15 to November 15 and present 8 receipts to the Dalma Garden Mall and Yerevan Mall shopping and leisure centers, will receive movie tickets for two persons at Dalma Garden Mall and Yerevan Mall. The press office of Anelik Bank has told ArmInfo that the movies will be shown at the specified centers from Monday to Friday from 12:00 till 8 pm.

The source says that Anelik Bank has joined the initiative of Amenia Card and MasterCard companies aimed at intensifying noncash operations, promoting cards and increasing the number of cardholders.

According to the Analytical Review "Armenian Banks in Card Business" by the Agency of Rating Marketing Information (ArmInfo), Anelik Bank is among the top ten by the number of active cards - more than 90 thsd as of 1 April 2016, including 40 thsd MasterCards, almost 16 thsd Visa cards and nearly 34 thsd ArCa. As compared with the same period of the previous year, the Bank increased the number of MasterCards 6-fold. The amount of plastic transactions in 2015 exceeded 26 bln AMD, including over 15 bln AMD through ATMs. Anelik Bank was the first Armenian bank to start working with MasterCard and Visa international cards simultaneously, at the same time actively issuing and serving the local ArCa cards.

To note, the sole owner of Anelik Bank is Bank S.A.L. (Lebanon), which increased its stake in Q4 2013 from 89.95% to 100%.
