Armenia in the Top 3 of the cheapest areas for tourism in 2017

ArmInfo. Skyscanner, an  air  tickets booking  international resource, published the list of the  cheapest  countries for tourism and traveling in 2017. The TOP 3  cheapest countries are Abkhazia, Armenia and India, where the 2 week  trip will cost not more than USD 1500 for two persons. 

Skyscanner has calculated how much the two week  holidays will cost  in these countries. The base for the rating was formed from three key  items of the travelers costs - air tickets, accommodation and food.   The calculation  comprised also the costs for public transport,  museums and entertainment. In the result, the most acceptable areas  of the rating were recognized Abkhazia (USD 1468), Armenia (USD 1470)  and India (USD 1501), and the most expensive were Marocco (USD 2044),  Thailand (USD 2106)and Cuba (USD 2820).  

 "Whenever  you visit Armenia, you will never loose your time. In  winter you can improve your skiing skills in Tsakhkadzor winter  resort, and  in summer you could have a perfect rest at  Sevan lake.  You could also appreciate the beauty of Grand Cascade in Yerevan and  visit the legendary brandy factory of Ararat.  

The rating is  called to show Russian tourists that the air tickets  price is not always the key element of the trip budget. For instance,  in comparison with European trips, where the tickets prices are   lower but the accommodation and food costs are very high. 

To remind, Momondo British browsing system  (www.momondo.co.uk), an  international air flights tickets booking system, published the  rating of cities affordable for tourists in 2017. Yerevan Capital is  also included in the list mentioned. The authors of the rating  defined cities popular for tourism throughout a year. According to  the expert opinion, he most comfortable month to visit Yerevan is  June. The list of objects that should be visited is the Northern  Avenue, the   Opera House after Spendiaryan and many other sites. 

The rating of affordable cities comprises also Bulgarian capital  Sofia, San Antonio in American Texas, Irish  Belfast, Ukrainian Lvov,  Hellenic Calamata  etc.
