ArmInfo. Airline "Belavia", after more than one year, from 24 May intends to resume flights on the route Minsk-Yerevan said the official representation of "Belavia" in Armenia to ArmInfo. The Belarusian Embassy in Yerevan and Yerevan sales offices confirmed the same information.
Meanwhile, in the General Directorate of Civil Aviation of Armenia told ArmInfo that as of today the application to perform the flight Minsk-Yerevan has been received, and execution of flights is not possible without an application. The GDCA recalled that the last flight on the route Minsk-Yerevan the airline completed in February 4 2016.
To recall, Director General of OJSC "Airline Belavia" Anatoly Gusarov, reported that the airline plans to resume flights to the Armenian capital in the summer of next year. "I hope that the decline in demand for passenger transportation between Belarus and Armenia is temporary. We plan the resumption of flights in June 2017", said Anatoly Gusarov, commenting on the possibility of resuming the flight Minsk-Yerevan.
