According to him, the Russian partners insisted on the return of savings to the state budget of the Russian Federation, but as a result of negotiations it was possible to agree on a new grant agreement, the government of the republic today approved the project of which. This is a new grant of $ 2.4 million, most of which will be used to finance projects recently created by the Center for Strategic Initiatives. A positive conclusion of the Russian government on the new grant has already been received, the head of the republic's financial department said.
Armenia became a full-fledged member of the EEU from January 2, 2015. Upon accession, Armenia's share in the distributed customs duties received from the import of goods into the territory of the EEU amounted to 1.13 percent. Simultaneously, the share of Belarus decreased from 4.7 percent to 4.65 percent, Kazakhstan - from 7.3 percent to 7.25 percent, Russia was reduced from 88 percent to 86.97 percent.
