ArmInfo. The Czech company Foodish s.r.o intends to expand the export of canned products from Armenia to Europe. The owner of the company Karen Sargsyan stated this on March 27 at a meeting with the Minister of Economic Development and Investments of Armenia Suren Karayan.
As the press service of the agency told ArmInfo, Foodish s.r.o, a company engaged in importing processed agricultural products, packing it and distributing it in cooperation with large trading networks of the Czech Republic, has been exporting canned Armenian products to European markets since 2016.
According to Karen Sargsyan, the company intends to expand the range and volumes of exported products, as well as the framework for cooperation with Armenian enterprises. In addition, according to the owner of the Czech company, there are plans to create logistics centers.
The Head of the Ministry of Economy of Armenia stressed that the presence of logistics centers in Armenia and Europe is extremely important for Armenian entrepreneurs. He also noted the readiness of the Ministry to assist the Czech company in implementing its plans.
