ArmInfo. NasdaqOMX Armenia exchange on May 2 successfully launched primary distribution of state bonds, which was taking place at Central Bank platform before. It started with intermediate state bonds-three year old AMGN36294202 and five-year-old AMGN60294227.
The launch of state bonds concurrently to long-term transche AMGB2029A374 took place on April 29, and the extent of emissions each of these releases totaled 200bln AMD. Long-term launch will be allocated in June, and the mentioned middle term releases are being allocated gradually (8-10bln AMD).
According to exchange-stock press-service, during biddings the extent of presented triennial AMGN36294202 requests totaled 12.832 bln AMD, and five-year-old AMGN60294227-19.507 bln AMD. In both cases the extent of supplied applications totaled 10 bln AMD. Weighted average return on AMGN36294202 formed 8.3498%, within the profitability under the cut price of 8.6%, and on AMGN60294227-corrispondently 9.27772% and 9.43%. Profitability on coupon launch AMGN36294202 is set for 8%, AMGN6029447-9%. Payouts on coupons are provided for once a half-year. State bonds launch under international registration code ISIN.
According to renewed launch way, allocation, turnover and payoff of state bonds, from now on the first day of primary allocation will be applied only competitive requests, and those agents, who managed to get state bonds on the first day on competitive requests, can get next day on competitive requests.
