Armenian President visited Armenian pavilion at "Astana Expo-2017" exhibition

ArmInfo. On June 10, Armenian  President Serzh Sargsyan visited the Armenian pavilion of the  specialized international exhibition Astana Expo-2017, which is  located in the pavilion "Silk Way", where he was shown the energy  potential of the Republic of Armenia.

According to the press service of the Armenian leader, not only  Armenian proposals on alternative energy are demonstrated on Armenia  provided to Armenia, but also culture, history, economy, tourism and  investment opportunities of Armenia are presented in parallel. The  coordinator of organizational works related to Armenia's  participation in the Astana Expo-2017 exhibition, the Minister of  Economic Development and Investments Suren Karayan, the director of  the national operator of Armenia at the exhibition of the Armenian  Fund for Renewable Energy and Energy Saving Armen Melkikyan and the  Director of the Tourism Development Fund of Armenia Ara Khzmalyan  presented to the President of the Republic the work carried out in  the pavilion, the materials demonstrated and the work planned for the  next three months. Within the framework of the Astana exhibition  until September 10, it is planned to organize the national days of  the participating countries. After completing a working visit to the  Republic of Kazakhstan, the delegation headed by President Serzh  Sargsyan returned to Yerevan.
