ArmInfo. The French company Sodial intends to establish a dairy production enterprise in Armenia. This was stated during the meeting with the Minister of Economic Development and Investments of the Republic of Armenia Suren Karayan, representative of the company Tony Zareh Bergo.
According to the press service of the RA Ministry of Economic Development and Investments, the products produced at the enterprise will be exported to the target markets of Armenia. During the meeting, the parties discussed the stages of the project implementation. Suren Karayan said that with effective investment projects, the Armenian government is ready to provide the necessary assistance mechanisms. "Your visit to Armenia shows that the agreements we reached in Paris are becoming a reality," the minister said.
During the meeting, an agreement was reached that the ministry organizes meetings with various departments in order to discuss the processes necessary for the implementation of the investment program. Meetings will be held with entrepreneurs. The representative of the company "Solidad" noted that the main purpose of the visit of the delegation to Armenia is the establishment of an enterprise in the country for the production of dairy products, as well as the improvement of its quality. "We want to export dairy products from Armenia, which will increase the image of the country, as the products will be exported with the logotype" Produced in Armenia. "We feel the state support on this issue," Tony Zareh Bergo said.
Recall that in March of this year, within the visit of the RA President to France, Suren Karayan and the EU Trade Attache in Armenia met with representatives of more than ten French companies, having discussed with them the possibilities of investing in the Armenian economy.
