ArmInfo. Rostelecom Armenia summed up the results of the project "New opportunities for students", after which, with successful results, it is possible to join the ranks of Rostelecom employees.
As the press service of the company told ArmInfo, this year 20 students of different specialties and from different universities participated in the project. The winner was Lilit Grigoryan, a fourth-year student of the National Polytechnic University of Armenia (Department of Computer Systems and Information Technology, Information Security Department), who will have the opportunity to go through a 3-month paid practice in her chosen company department.
According to the source, during the practical seminars the students got acquainted with the intricacies of the company's departments, received interactive training courses on various topics: communication, marketing, branding, legal issues, sales skills, optics and network solutions.
"I am convinced that the knowledge gained here will help students in the future in terms of career advancement. Our project inspires confidence in them, the image of office work in a large company, which, in my opinion, will be very useful in practice in the future. After the previous projects, several students have already joined the ranks of Rostelecom employees in Armenia," said Hayk Faramazyan, General Director of Rostelecom in Armenia.
To note, students of the 3rd and 4th Bachelor courses of all Armenian universities, as well as graduate students, could participate in the project. The program is being implemented in Armenia for the second time, and selection is conducted from a huge number of students who want to become participants in this project. The project is held for the third consecutive year.
