ArmInfo. ACBA-Credit Agricloe Bank continues to expand the subject and geography of business seminars for SME representatives.
According to the press service of the Bank, the next three-day business seminar was held in Goris (Syunik region) with the participation of about 15 representatives of SMEs. Lectures concerned the development of tourism, and also touched upon new topics: "Marketing of hotel services", "Providing hotel services", "Attention to guests" and "Motivation and retention of staff". It should be noted that to date, ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank held 53 business seminars in which over 650 representatives of SMEs from 400 organizations operating in the sphere of services, trade, industry and agriculture took part. Representatives of the management of the bank read lectures for businessmen, and topics touch on such areas as effective management and marketing.
