According to him, a loan of 6.3 million euro is expected from KfW. Another 4 million are planned to be attracted in the form of grants, including from the Government of Germany. The agreement is planned to be concluded in the near future. These funds are planned to create a garbage collection system for Vanadzor (the 3rd largest in Armenia) and the entire Lori region, as well as the city of Dilijan in Tavush. In the village of Karadzor, 13 m from Vanadzor, a regional dump for EU requirements will be created, and in Dilijan - a point for garbage pressing for transportation.
