SRC: about 50,000 economic entities in Armenia are subject to registration as bankrupts

ArmInfo. Economic entities that, from January 1, 2013 until January 1, 2017, did not submit any reporting to the Tax Authorities, whose tax liabilities do not exceed 10,000 AMD and whose property is not listed as real estate, have the opportunity under a new simplified procedure through the State Register bankruptcy. This was stated by Arman Poghosyan, Head of the Department of Methodology of Administration, Procedures and Services of the SCR, at a press conference on October 13.

According to him, according to these criteria in the country there are about 50 thousand economic entities.  "Until November 1 of this year, entrepreneurs who are on this list can submit their objections to the SRC.  Otherwise, they will be bankrupt in accordance with the established procedure," he said.

In this regard, A. Pogosyan noted that the list of these economic entities has already been submitted to the SRC.
