ArmInfo. Beeline in Armenia summed up the first stage of the transformation, carried out within the framework of the global strategy. The press service of the company told ArmInfo.

The goal of this global strategy is to turn Beeline into Armenia into a new generation company that has passed the optimization phase and is applying modern management models. In particular, the company managed to reduce operating costs, transform the corporate culture, equip sales offices and workplaces with modern technical means, optimize the logistics process, introduce such global systems as GSS and HUB, and create expert centers as an open IT Hub in Armenia.

In the process of transformation, all employees of the company participate, who divided into several groups were targeted within the framework of the #BeTheChange competition to develop solutions to simplify the schemes of the services provided.  "The telecommunication companies of all countries face the same challenges - to find their place in the new digital world, we are confident that with the new direction of business we will be able to satisfy the demands of 235 million customers of the whole group." Therefore, Beeline in Armenia translates into digital platforms both internal processes and the digital services of the new generation that are provided to customers are at the center of attention, "said Alexander Matyushka, Director for Operational Efficiency at VEON.

"We are very serious about the company's transformation, and as a first step in the transition to a new business model, we decided to involve all our employees in the transformation process, I think it will be logical if the transfer of programs to modern management models will be carried out using agile and lean ", - said General Director of Beeline in Armenia Andrey Pyatakhin.

"For several months, #BeTheChange competition has been held in our company, the participating groups consist of employees from different departments who are working on transformation projects.As a result, we solve two problems: we practically introduce a precedent for working with a flexible (agile) method, while simultaneously searching for solutions for A group of participants from the contest participants who offered the best solutions will be rewarded with large cash prizes, "said Arshak Muradyan, the head of the Beeline transformation processes in Armenia.  The message also says that it is planned to introduce the best world experience of the world's leading companies in "VEON Armenia".
